Work done
Do some work and move on. And then do some more work. And more and more. You go out there and create a lot of things. And then some of these things will make sense to the organization you work at and the clients of that organization. That is all fine, but I believe that then you must agree with yourself that the work is done and you move on to your life.
The narrative of work-life balance usually leans towards work. There’s no true balance, only a constant struggle to keep the scale steady. to It is smart to tip the scale in favor of life ... family ... and friends ... and hobbies ... and curiosity.
